Please note:

• We do not accept returns or refunds for partial book sets or opened/used products.
• Once your return is approved, please allow up to 10 days for the refund to be processed.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable as they are paid directly to the courier.
• We cannot issue refunds for orders lost or stolen in transit.
